My goal is to hit around 20 open mics every single week. Although most weeks this falls short by a couple mics, due to school work and other responsibilities, I think it is still good to set a high goal every week.  When I set the goal for 20 open mics, I normally end up hitting around 17, but if I set the goal for 17, I may end hitting less. I tend to do most of my open mics at the beginning of the week to keep my weekend open for attending and performing in shows.
